Ms Jes Lin Lim
Jes graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice, where she gained a strong academic foundation and practical skills to treat a variety of physical conditions. She is multilingual and can speak basic Mandarin, Hokkien and Malay. This allows her to connect with a diverse range of patients, ensuring effective communication and making her care accessible to a broader community.
Jes values a patient-centred approach, always prioritising the needs, goals, and concerns of her patients. She listens empathetically to ensure that she fully understands the challenges each patient faces and works collaboratively with them to develop effective and individualised treatment plans.
Jes has experience managing a wide variety of conditions, including spinal and sporting injuries, pre- and post-natal rehabilitation and chronic health conditions such as osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, chronic pain, headaches and migraines.
